Makes: 4 servings
4 cups frozen hash-brown potatoes
1 can corn
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 box Chicken broth
1 can cream of potato soup
Tin of ham
In a large saucepan or dutch oven, combine all ingredients and mix well.
Bring to a boil over medium high heat.
Reduce heat and cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Break ham into pieces & add to soup just before serving.
